For online payment we use Triple Deal payment services. 
Triple Deals website  has security measures (SSL, SET ) in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of your information.
We start making the jewelry when Triple Deal receives your payment.
We will ship as soon as possible, normally in less than 10 days, and inform you by e-mail. Then there is a 7-day cooling off period. 
When you are not satisfied , return the jewelry  for a refund within 7 days of receiving delivery to:  Vandermel - DesignJewelGallery. 
At the arrival of the jewelry we will  refund (less shipping and handling charges).  See: Returns.
If we don't hear from you, we will consider you to be totally satisfied with the jewelry you purchased and close the deal.

Shipments

We ship all jewelry including a gift box and attached with a security-tag.
All finished jewelry returned for refund or exchange must have the security tag still attached.
If the tag has been tampered with or removed, the item will not be accepted for refund or exchange. 
We offer free shipping on all orders over euro 100.

Orders shipped by regular mail take between 6 and 10 business days to reach their destination.

Delivery time  for example: 
Belgium, Germany, France, The Netherlands, UK 2-3 days; 
United States 4-7 days; Japan 5-6 days; Spain 4-6 days; Australia 8-10 days.

Shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes because your jewelry will not be delivered without a signature.
If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.  

The length of necklaces and bracelets is based on the average measures of  North-European and North-American  women.
neck=±34 cm  or 13,4 inches
wrist=±17 cm  or  6,7 inches
If your measures differ, fill in your own measures  in the order form so we can make the jewelry  fit you perfectly.

Most necklaces are made to wear close to the neck and are ±45cm= 17,7 inches. Of course it is always possible to make a necklace longer or shorter than 45cm.

Personalized Jewelry  - Custom made items

We start making the jewelry as soon as we receive your order.
So we can have consideration with all your personal wishes about sizes and materials. The jewelry you order is specially made for you.
It is possible to personalize your jewelry:
For example you can choose a necklace  made with 5mm black pearls and 18K yellow gold, while the designed necklace in our collection is a necklace made with white pearls and 14K yellow gold. We will make it for you.
You can match your necklace with any designed earring /bracelet of our collection, we will make it with the same materials as your necklace.
And of course all measures of the designs can be adapted.

As cultured pearls are organic gemstones formed by nature, two pearls will never be fully identical. For a beaded pearl necklace it is important to use pearls which are much as identical as possible. For our design jewelry we prefer naturally shaped pearls which are good matching but not necessarily round and not exactly identical.
Like every organic product, pearls differ every season in color, shape,  form. 
So, if you would like to match several pieces of jewelry ( necklace, bracelet and earrings for example), be sure to order them together, at the same time.

Any item that proves to have poor materials or workmanship will be replaced or refunded. We guarantee that everything we sell is as stated on our site descriptions, however:

The jewelry we sent may be returned within seven days of receipt unchanged, for a refund. see Returns

If you decide to return the jewelry for a full refund  the jewelry must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase in original condition and in original packaging.
Please include the gift boxes with which your order was shipped and all accompanying materials. Also remember to insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price before shipping.
Refunds will be in the original form of payment (less handling charges and shipping).
Triple Deal will charge you for handling, depending on the amount of transaction (see table below) and method of payment.
